How to enter each fitting type
  • Straight Duct: Width = duct width, Height = duct height, Length = linear feet (e.g. 8). Leave Branch W/H blank.
  • Transition: Width/Height = large end, Branch W/H = small end, Length = transition length in inches (e.g. 12).
  • 90° / 45° Elbow: Width/Height = duct size. Leave the rest blank.
  • Tee / Wye: Width/Height = main duct size, Branch W/H = branch size. Length blank.
  • Supply / Return Plenum: Width = plenum width, Height = plenum height, Length = plenum length in inches (e.g. 36).
  • Drain Pans: Horizontal (60×30) and Vertical (30×30) are preset sizes — just pick the type and quantity. Custom Drain Pan: Width, Height = length, Length column = depth in inches.
